A. Terms of Use
1. General Information
Aurawatt Smart Energy Management System, also known as Intelligent Energy Management System (hereinafter referred to as iEMS), is a management system in the Aurawatt Smart energy solutions. After the deployment of iEMS, AVAV Business Consulting Pvt.Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "AVAV") will provide users with information management services through its website www.Aurawatt.com, such as the collection, management and presentation of photovoltaic equipment, power stations and company data.
2. Use
Use iEMS to manage and monitor the connected photovoltaic equipment: users will get the account and password after registration, and all passwords need to be handled confidentially to avoid disclosing this password to an unauthorized third party. If you want to cancel your account, please contact your iEMS administrator or call the service hotline.
After the user logs in, it can create the sub-account (including the subordinate installer account, the owner account, etc.), configure the initial password of the account, and set whether the sub-account changes the password when it first login. For the creation and cancellation of sub-accounts, please contact the corresponding superior user to obtain the explicit consent of the owner of the corresponding photovoltaic equipment before accessing the photovoltaic equipment, and use it within the scope of consent. If the user does not obtain the explicit consent of the owner of the photovoltaic equipment, or use it beyond the scope, resulting in any loss, the user agrees and promises to compensate for all the losses of the device.
In order to ensure the safe and smooth operation of your equipment and the proper use of Aurawatt services, you will give the equipment high authority to perform the following operations, including:
- 1) Equipment troubleshooting: log export, equipment upgrade, parameter modification, alarm clearance, search, add and replace equipment (including not limited to inverter, energy storage battery, communication module, optimizer, etc.), and modification of equipment name;
- 2) Failure processing of the power station: data repair and replenishment of the power station, build a new power station, modify the name of the power station, modify the basic data of the power station (such as time zone, electricity price, etc.), modify and test the physical layout diagram of the power station, upload license and IV scanning diagnosis, create alarm rules and data subscription rules;
- 3) Cloud account processing: in the scenario where the user loses or forgets the password, the need to complete the account password reset operation; in the scenario where the disabled user account, the need to complete the account activation operation; in the scenario where the user actively requests a new account or role, the need for the new account or role operation; in the scenario where the user requests to open the API account or locate related issues, the need to complete the API account opening, login, data call debugging and API account to increase the associated power station operation.
3. Use Restrictions
The iEMS is developed by AVAV Business Consulting Pvt.Ltd for use and is protected by copyright law and has the rights to use and distribution. The user can only use and utilize the information and results of the Service within the framework of these Terms of Use, and the user can only use this information for internal purposes. In addition to the above, the information and results obtained from the Service can be used only with the explicit written permission of Force High.
4. User's Own Content
Within the limits of this iEMS, such as iEMS provides enough data space for this user, users can publish their own content. Users have no right to publicly publish the submitted content, nor shall they store it permanently on iEMS. AVAV shall not assume any responsibility for the content, accuracy or format of the information published. In addition, users need to promise to protect and not infringe on the rights of third parties, especially trademark rights, copyright and individual rights. No release of any content that glorifies violence, pornography or discriminates, or other illegal or in violation of public codes of conduct.

Information posted on this Web site may contain highlighted links or references to third-party Web sites accordingly. Providers of these content are solely responsible for them. AVAV only provides access to this content. AVAV has no influence on the current display, content or copyright of the linked / referenced site. The technical data used in the AVAV inverter will be continuously checked in production and adjusted as required. However, there may still be differences and errors. We do not assume any responsibility for the integrity and / or correctness of the data (values do not represent protected characteristics).
AVAV assumes no responsibility for the accuracy, correctness, completeness or quality of the information provided, documents, indicated results and benefits. AVAV is not liable for any errors or omissions in the reference or linked designation information. If it is not liable for intentional or gross negligence, exclude liability claim for the use or failure of the information provided or for material or nonmaterial damage due to the use of incorrect or incomplete information.
In particular, AVAV will not be liable for defects and resulting damage, incorrect profit or self-consumption calculation, loss of profit, loss of the right to use, damage to the used hardware, loss of data, interruption of operations or other damage. Users have no claim rights to the availability of iEMS or 100% data availability. Unless otherwise agreed upon in this clause, all information, content, materials and services provided to you through iEMS are provided by AVAV "as is". LEG does not make any representations or guarantees, express or implied, on the information, content, materials, products (including software) or services contained or provided otherwise through iEMS, unless otherwise provided in writing. You expressly agree to use the iEMS at your own risk. To the extent permitted by applicable law, AVAV shall not assume any warranty, express or implied, including, but not limited to, an implied warranty as to merchantability and specific use.
7. System Maintenance
For system-level maintenance, AVAV is obliged to inform in advance, such as server upgrade and network switching. The operation and maintenance of customer equipment needs to be authorized by customers, and the authorization methods include but not limited to: customer confirmation records of operation, email communication with customers, etc.
8. Change
Individual changes or modifications to these terms must be made in writing (and changes can not be made directly in the mail). The same format modification should also be made in writing. However, AVAV may release new versions of these terms from time to time. After the new version takes effect, if you have no objection to this version within 3 months after providing the new version, you will be deemed to agree to the new version to replace the previous version, and if you has informed you of the right to provide the new version within 2 months, you have the right to object.
The notice shall contain an express guideline meaning that the user's no objection to the new version shall be deemed to be legally binding. If the user opposes the new version, the user use agreement will automatically terminate and effect immediately, and the user must immediately avoid further use of this community service.
9. Governing Law
In addition to the adjustment of the International Sale of Goods Rules (Convention), the rights and obligations of the users and the Service provider under this Agreement shall be specifically adjusted by the substantive law of China. However, no clause can prejudice your protected legal rights as a resident of a place.
10. Security and Data Privacy
As part of the service, to protect the privacy information you provide to us, we comply with the System Privacy Policy Statement.
11. Partiality Clause
If these partial or separate provisions of these Terms of Use no longer comply or fully with applicable law, have no effect on the remainder of the Terms of Use in content or validity. The invalid clause shall be substituted by a provision determined by interpretation and shall have legal force and effect and, as far as possible, for the financial and practical purposes of the original provision.

AVAV Business Consulting Pvt.Ltd.and its global affiliates (hereinafter referred to as "AVAV") know the importance of privacy to you and will respect your privacy. Please read and understand this Privacy Policy (hereinafter "this Policy") before submitting your personal data to the Service. 1. How the Service Collects and Uses Your Personal Data
Personal data is information that identifies individuals when used alone or in combination with other information. Such data will be submitted to the Service when you use the Service and interact with the Service. The roles and scenarios include:
- Self-registered installer: Collected data includes company name, user name, mobile phone number, login information, and IP address.
- Employee of the installer: Collected data includes user name, contact details, plant image, location (GPS), UUID, etc.
- Owner: Collected data includes contact details, SIM card number, bound equipment data, etc.
- Charging Pile Business: Operation data (working mode, temperature, power, voltage) and configuration.
The Service may use the above personal data for purposes such as account registration, password retrieval, energy storage safety analysis, and equipment troubleshooting. We act as a data controller or processor depending on the scenario.
2. How Does This Service Use Cookie and Similar Technologies
2.1 Cookie: To ensure the site works, the service sometimes stores small data files called Cookies on a computer or mobile device. This improves user experience by remembering preferences. You can manage or delete Cookies based on your preferences.
2.2 Website Beacons: In addition to Cookies, the service also uses other similar technologies such as website beacons and pixel tags to track interactions and improve service.
3. Device Permissions Call
If you use the Aurawatt App, the following permissions may be requested:
- Camera/Album: For scanning QR codes, uploading equipment photos, or user avatars.
- Location: For WLAN network info, Quick Settings (region matching), and Power Station Maps.
- Telephone/Push: For message push notifications and app upgrades.
- Storage: For device self-tests, logs, and feedback attachments.
- Bluetooth: For local device connection and debugging.
You can always access system settings to manage these permissions.
4. How to Disclose Your Personal Data
The installer may disclose your personal data to law enforcement or government authorities if required by law. Data may also be shared with AVAV as the platform provider to support equipment monitoring and management.
5. How to Access or Modify Your Personal Data
You may log on to the website or App to view and modify your personal data. You have the right to revoke consent or request account cancellation via "System Settings" or by contacting the installer.
6. How to Protect and Retain Your Personal Data
Your data is saved on servers in the area of registration. Submitted data is deleted within 3 months of cancellation application. GPS data is deleted after 30 minutes. We use physical, administrative, and technical safeguards to protect your data.
7. Children's Personal Data
This product is aimed at adults. Children must not create accounts without parental consent. If collected inadvertently, we will remove relevant data.
8. Share with Third Parties
We provide personal information to third parties for functions like maps and weather. We require strict privacy security from these partners.
